INSTALLATION NOTES:

If you get a message about an "Invalid DLL Call" the first time
you run Top Draw, you must restart Windows so that all changes
made during installation can take effect.

If you have attempted to install manually, you may get the message
"CT3DV2 incorrectly installed".  CTL3DV2.DLL must be placed in the
WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory and must be removed from the TOPDRAW directory.
